Yalet Curiel

 My name is Yalet Curiel and I am proud to call Academia Avance my new home. This will be my 6th year teaching at Avance. I always knew I wanted to be a teacher, even when I was young. I always enjoyed helping others learn and grow. I went to CSULA for my Bachelors in Mathematics and CSUDH for my teaching credentials. 

When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family. I have two lovely kids. I enjoy cooking and baking with my kids. I also love to dance and choreograph.
